Expert Witness and Crowd Safety Advice

Expert Witness Contact

As health and safety liability continues to increase, so does the potential for litigation. As one of the leading authorities on crowd safety globally, I offer expert witness services to the legal profession.

Most recently, 2009, I was an expert witness in cases in the UK, (personal injury in the crowd at a London Underground Station) and at the USA supreme Court (serious injury at an outdoor event.) Both of these cases went to trial and both were settled during trial. I have also testified (live on TV) to a house committee in the Washington DC Capitol Buildings. Click here for transcript of this testimony.

I offer advice and interpretation on current legislation and its compliance implications relating to the science of Crowd Dynamics (crowds and crowd behaviour). My expertise includes a wide range of health and safety issues, including risk assessment. My work also covers many aspects of UK resilience in the light of the international escalation of terrorism.
